Researchers in Texas Figure Out a Non-Toxic Method of Making Fuel for Nuclear Fusion
Gizmodo • Mar 20, 2025A team of researchers at Texas A&M University discovered the new process by accident while working on a method for cleaning groundwater contaminated during oil and gas extraction. The research has just been published in the scientific journal Chem under the title “Electrochemical 6-Lithium Isotope Enrichment Based on Selective Insertion in 1D Tunnel-Structured V2O5.”
