Broncos, Aggies Linebacker Von Miller To Offer Free Eye Exams To Texas A&M Students

By Von Miller’s Von’s Vision
Current Denver Broncos and former Aggie linebacker Von Miller is bringing his foundation, Von’s Vision, to Texas A&M University to host the first-ever Von’s Vision Day March 6-8.
Through Von’s Vision, Miller will partner with the VSP Global Eyes of Hope mobile eye care clinics, local VSP network doctors, and Texas A&M Student Health Services.
Undergraduate students who are on financial aid at Texas A&M University and who don’t currently have vision care coverage may be eligible to receive a no-cost comprehensive eye exam and, if prescribed, high-quality glasses.

As a four-year football letterman and All-American in 2009 and 2011, Miller had tremendous success at Texas A&M University. In 2010, he earned the Butkus Award for the nation’s outstanding linebacker and was inducted into the Texas A&M Athletic Hall of Fame in 2017. Texas A&M is an important place for Miller which is why he is bringing the success Von’s Vision has had in Denver to College Station, Texas.
The primary community outreach program of Von’s Vision in Denver is Von’s Vision Day. Von’s Vision partners with national and regional vision care providers and eye wear retailers to provide a city-wide vision day for low-income students. Each student receives a free screening, and if needed, free eye exams and corrective eyewear. After the prescription glasses have been made, each student is fitted for their new glasses.
Registration for Von’s Vision Day at Texas A&M University on March 6-8 is now open at vonmiller.org.
