The 20-acre green space redevelopment project will provide study and relaxation, tailgating and entertainment spaces to serve students, faculty and staff, former students and visitors.

The Texas oilman and generous supporter of Texas A&M passed away in Midland on Feb. 14.

He was senior class president and chaired the 1932 student committee that first set requirements for seniors to earn the Aggie Ring.

More than 4,300 Aggies will receive Aggie Rings during Aggie Ring Day Sept. 27 at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center.

Ten Former Students Named 2019 Distinguished Alumni Of Texas A&M.

The volunteer delegation will visit offices of all 181 Texas legislators in Austin today.

Since the inception of the award in 1962, only 281 of Texas A&M’s 488,500 former students have been recognized with the Distinguished Alumnus Award.

The delegation met with elected officials in order to increase public and legislative support for higher education, particularly Texas A&M.

Officials have announced the distribution of $3.1 million in gifts from The Association of Former Students, to support prioritized programs impacting scholarships, student success, student activities and faculty.

A memorial to Texas Aggies who have died in the fight against terrorism will be dedicated Friday, October 17.
