Otway And Bonnie Denny Endow Scholarship
Otway Denny, Jr. and his wife Bonnie made a $35,000 pledge to endow the Bonnie and Otway B. Denny, Jr. ’71 Scholarship in the College of Liberal Arts.
Otway Denny, Jr. is a believer in “the other education.” He says that’s where a lot of his education occurred while an undergraduate student at Texas A&M.
That helps explain why he and his wife Bonnie have made a $35,000 pledge to endow the Bonnie and Otway B. Denny, Jr. ’71 Scholarship in the College of Liberal Arts.
Their gift to the Texas A&M Foundation, which will total $50,000 when fully funded, will provide special opportunities for liberal arts students through a study abroad experience, internship, or faculty-led research project.
