Tim McLaughlin ’90, ’94 reflects on his career in visual effects and how he is leading Texas A&M into new frontiers in digital storytelling.

The degree will complement Visualization programs in the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts.

The annual event challenges participants to create a playable video game in 48 hours.

A virtual production demonstration will be featured as part of the ‘Arts In Motion’ event in Fort Worth on Nov. 22.

Now in its fourth year, the joint program encourages collaboration to tackle national and global challenges in six strategic research areas.

The Sept. 13-14 festival highlights the variety of modern and contemporary dance.

The program blends foundational knowledge of music theory, history and performance with interdisciplinary work and emerging technologies.

The first two stages are expected to be up and running by mid-fall on the main and Fort Worth campuses.

Tim McLaughlin, who has held the interim position since the school's 2022 founding, has become its first permanent dean.
