Original Pixar Story Creator Headlines MSC Bethancourt’s Spring Program
Matthew Luhn’s Feb. 25 keynote at Texas A&M will explore the growth of in film in the early 1990’s and how the industry continues to change.

Matthew Luhn, one of the original story creators at Pixar, will deliver the keynote address for MSC Bethancourt’s Spring Program Monday, Feb. 25 at 7 p.m. in Rudder Auditorium.
Luhn will focus on the growth of animation in film in the early 1990’s and how the industry is changing. He will also share the process of creating characters, stories and ideas.
Luhn is an accomplished storyteller, keynote speaker and story consultant, with more than 20 years of experience creating stories and memorable characters at Pixar Animation Studios, including the Toy Story series, the Monsters Inc. series, Up, Cars and many more.
He has worked with numerous Fortune 500 Companies to connect brand recognition with smooth communication. Luhn’s work with animation provided him the knowledge and expertise of helping others develop their own storytelling abilities for their business and professional lives. Some of his recent clients include Adidas, Facebook, BBC, Microsoft, Sony, Apple and Google.
The program will be followed by a Q&A session. Tickets are $5 with a student ID and $10 for general public. Tickets can be purchased at the MSC Box Office on the first floor of Rudder Tower or online at boxoffice.tamu.edu.
