Institute for Science, Technology and Public Policy (ISTPP) researchers will partner on a $2 million NSF grant to examine how the dynamics of planning, policies, flood control infrastructures, and the social networks affect the capacity of urban communities to recover from major flooding.

The Polo Garage Project scheduled for October 2020 completion will include a recreation center, food court and office space.

Students learn to develop new techniques for documentation, analysis, visualization and interpretation, and to apply imaging techniques to the study of historic resources.
