Staff members at Texas A&M University Counseling and Psychological Services work ceaselessly to shut down stigma, coordinate resources and empower Aggie students to take control of their lives.

My Student Support Program (My SSP) provides immediate assistance to help Texas A&M students become "mental health care empowered."

Speakers at the Student Government Association-sponsored forum provided information and advice.

A panel of experts will offer advice and answer questions Monday, Oct. 25 at the Memorial Student Center. The Texas A&M Student Government Association-hosted event will also be livestreamed.

The program gives Aggie students the chance to learn from and help one another.
